Refund Policy

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel directly.

• Check-in time is 1:00 PM, and Check-out time is 12:00 PM.

• Booking will not be confirmed without advance.

• If a reservation is cancelled for any reason and any refund is due from the hotel, it will take 4 to 5 working days to initiate the refund process.

• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The Hotel allows a child up to 6 years of age to stay for free using the existing bedding. Children between the age of 6-12 will be charged @Rs.150/- +GST using existing beds. Individuals above the age of 12 are considered as adults by the Hotel.

• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check-in.

• The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check in to the hotel. Couples below the age of 18 are not allowed to check-in. The Hotel reserves the right to check photo identification.

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

• There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Extra Person will be charged extra when using existing beds.

• Extra Persons above the age of 12 will be charged extra (@ Rs.250/-+GST for standard room & Rs.350/- + GST for classic & Deluxe room) when using existing beds.

• Please note that while our reservation system may indicate a specific room number on the voucher, this is not a guarantee of that particular room. Room assignments are subject to availability upon check-in. We strive to accommodate guest preferences, but the actual room number provided may differ from the one specified in the booking. We reserve the right to allocate any available room of the booked category at the time of check-in. Thank you for your understanding.

• Children between the ages of 6 and 12 will be charged for using existing beds as follows: Rs.150/- + GST per child for Standard Rooms, and Rs.200/- + GST per child for Classic and Deluxe Rooms.

• The hotel reserves the right of admission.

• The room shown in the picture is for demonstration purposes only. Our Double Rooms are available with either one queen-size bed or two single beds, subject to availability. If you have a specific preference, please contact the hotel administration during the reservation process .

• Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation is permitted up to 11:59 PM (hotel local time) two days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

  • Cancellations made on the day before the check-in date or later will incur a 100% cancellation charge of the total booking amount.

  • No-shows and early departures will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.

  • Any applicable refund will be processed through the original mode of payment, subject to standard processing timelines.

  Example:
  For a reservation with a check-in date of 05 June 2027, cancellation is free until 11:59 PM on 03 June 2027. Any cancellation made on 04 June 2027or later will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.

* Online payment processing charges are applicable if there is any deduction by the payment merchant provider in case of a 0% cancellation fee.
